Management/ Supervisory Skills for a Cross-Cultural Workforce™

Our emphasis in this open-enrollment workshop will be on managing/ supervising a workgroup that comes from a culture different from your own. We’ll especially focus on new techniques for communicating effectively with limited-English-language workers. But of course we’ll include many, many other management issues and related skills.
